Councillor Linda Scott is the unopposed elected President of the Australian Local Government Association, and serving her second term as the elected President of Local Government NSW, having served as a Board member since 2015. She is also serving her second term as a Labor Councillor on City of Sydney Council, having formerly served as the Deputy Lord Mayor.

Scott Phillips has spent 27 years in the local and state government sectors developing and leading high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams. His extensive career in local government has included appointments as general manager at Sutherland Shire and Hornsby Shire councils.

Councillor Jerome Laxale is an experienced city mayor, councillor, board director and business consultant offering more than 15 years of leadership experience within the private sector and local government, including board advisory roles and business administration.
