Delegate registration fees include online business papers, the President’s Welcome Reception, two-day business sessions including morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and name badge. The cost to attend the conference is heavily subsidised by LGNSW and sponsors. *Conference Dinner is not included in the overall registration cost and is an optional added cost.
Members wanting to take advantage of the early bird rates, who are uncertain of the names of councillors attending, can register and pay now and confirm names later, provided they do so by 29 October 2021. If payment in full for Early Bird registrations has not been received by 29 October, the standard member registration fee will apply.
Please also note an administration fee of $220.00 applies for cancellations received prior to 11 February 2022. No refunds will be given after this time. Note: Voting delegates must be registered to attend the conference and be registered as a nominated voting delegate.
Registration (in the Grand Ballroom Foyer) will be open from:

Registering as a Voting Delegate is a separate process from Conference registration.
Nominations for Special Conference voting delegates will be accepted from 6 October 2021 until 17 February 2022.
Member councils will receive an electronic copy of the business paper one week before the conference. The business paper will also be found here once available.BUSINESS PAPERS

There will be a videographer and photographer onsite during the conference to capture footage of the event. This footage may result in the imagery/sound of conference attendees being used for promotional activity included in LGNSW emails, website and social media.
If you do not wish to participate, please advise a LGNSW staff member on the day.
Please note that a name tag scanning facility will be available on site for sponsors and exhibitors to scan delegates’ nametags (with their agreement) resulting in delegate contact details going straight to the sponsor or exhibitor.
By registering for the conference, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this process.
Should you be registered but unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place at no additional charge. All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Bradley Hayden at Bradley.email@example.com.
Cancellations made by 5pm on 11 February 2022 will be eligible for a full refund less a $220 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made after 5pm on this date are not refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, LGNSW and the Conference Secretariat do not accept responsibility or liability for the loss of expenses incurred by delay, cancellation, or miscommunication. It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

There will be a delegate App available to use at the conference.
The App includes the delegate list, links to program and business papers, speaker profiles, a message facility to other delegates along with other useful information such as the venue wi-fi password.
You can upload the app to your device via the link emailed to you before the conference. If you require assistance with the app on site, please see staff at the registration desk.
LGNSW collects personal information from you to process your registration.
If you do not provide or we cannot otherwise collect all the information we request or need, we may not be able to register you for the Conference.
LGNSW may disclose your personal information to third party Conference organisers and third-party service providers, who may be located overseas and may store your information overseas.

Each sponsorship level includes a certain number of registrations. If sponsors wish to register additional staff, we have a special rate per person that includes the President’s Welcome Reception only.
Tickets must be purchased separately for the conference dinner.
All sponsors (whether included in your package or extra) must register attendance via the online registration portal.
