Nominate Voting Delegates

Registrations for the LGNSW Annual Conference 2023 are now closed. For general inquiries or to make amendments to an existing registration please email bradley.hayden@lgnsw.org.au

Nominations for voting delegates open on Monday 24 July 2023 along with registrations. Members must advise LGNSW of the names of their nominated voting delegates (for motions and the Board election) by 5pm AEDT on Friday 27 October 2023.

The number of voting delegates each member is entitled to for voting on motions and the Board election at the Annual Conference is listed on Appendix A.

Motions

LGNSW is unable to accept voting nominations after 27 October 2023.

However, a member may, subject to the LGNSW rules, subsequently notify LGNSW of a change to the name of an already nominated voting delegate for voting on motions (a substitute delegate).

To give notice of a substitute delegate, complete this form and email to Isaac Mann.

Board Election

There are no substitutions for voting in the Board Election, however, nominated voting delegates can appoint a proxy. The proxy (or absentee voting) form is available from the Australian Electoral Commission.
