Terms and Conditions
  • A completed and signed Sponsorship Application Form (this form) must be submitted to apply for sponsorship.
  • A signed agreement and a tax invoice will be forwarded upon receipt of this application.
  • The sponsorship will not be deemed confirmed until full payment has been paid.
  • Placement and size of logos included in the Conference material will be at the discretion of the Conference Committee and will reflect the level of support given by your organisation.
  • All exhibiting sponsors in the trade display area must carry and provide evidence of current Public Liability Insurance cover for a minimum of $20 million.
